How is your meditation practice this month? Consistent? Sporadic? Missing in Action? Have you ever tried practicing with a group? The energy generated and shared when two or more people meditate together can help us align and make a deeper connection with our center. Even if you have never meditated before, coming together with a group to practice invites you to experience a high-frequency environment which can help you move past the distraction the wandering mind.
Join me for group practices each month. The first 20-30 minutes will included a mini-lesson and discussion. I will use the remaining time to guide you through a practice. Each month, I host two sessions.

The cost is $5 and you can register via the MindBody app or message me directly.
Practices are meant for adults but are appropriate for ages 14 and older. Bolsters, blankets, and mats are available. If you require a chair, please let me know when you sign up.
Sessions are held at Breath by Breath Yoga located in Salternative Spa (1541 E Fabyan Parkway, Geneva, IL)
