My instruction as a yoga/meditation teacher has always reflected my personal journey. I share with my students what I am practicing. When I ask you to tune in, listen, and align with your intentions, I’m right with you, feeling into what is right for me in this moment.
When I opened Breath by Breath, I set an intention to be fluid and present to whatever changes came. I’d find myself repeating the phrase, “Breath by breath, I’ll take things as they come,” like a daily mantra. So many of you were taking those breaths, moment by moment, right alongside me. Our little community strengthened as we shared our practice through the ever-constant changes of life.
Change has once again asked me to tune in and align to what is right for this moment. After much reflection and consideration, I’ve decided to close Breath by Breath Yoga. This announcement is filled with excitement as well as sadness.
Over the last 10 months, I’ve been part of creating a personal growth app with my partners at Veraki. This venture allows me to use all of my skills in a new way. The tools and practices I’ve used with you will now be taking a new form and shared with people globally.
Stepping into the unknown and leaving the familiarity of daily classes also makes my heart sad. I’ve grown with you, grieved with you, laughed and cried with you. Each of you have impacted me in a myriad of ways. I hope, as I close this chapter of my entrepreneurial journey, you’ll celebrate this next path that is opening up with Veraki.
Classes will continue until Wednesday, March 25th. I encourage you to use your class packs and share them with friends and family. The drop-in class rate will now be $10. I hope we continue to practice together as much as possible. If you have any questions, please contact me. My webpage and social media pages will remain active. If you have any challenges reserving a spot in class, please let me know.
May our time together move us into alignment with our intentions. I am deeply grateful for all of this.
