In respect to the most recent restriction recommendations, and for the health and well-being of our entire community, all classes for Breath by Breath Yoga are cancelled. My last class was planned for Wednesday March 25. However, since the restriction recommendations are in effect until the end of the month, today was truly my last in-person class with you.
Maintaining a personal practice at this time is beneficial for overall health, state of mind, and emotional stability. To encourage you to keep your practice going, I am offering 4 online yoga classes. In order to participate with these free live streams, send me your email address and I will invite you via the Zoom platform. OR simply click the link below at the reserved time and follow along for our hour together. These classes will not be recorded.
If you are unfamiliar with Zoom, download the app now to the device you want to use for the classes. You will automatically be muted and your camera will be disabled so I won't see you. At the end of class, you can unmute yourself and I will open it up to questions and/or comments. This virtual class will give you enough time to get into the poses and I will give modifications, just as I do during regular classes.
If you have questions on using Zoom, please contact me at least a day before class so we can walk through the steps together.
