All Levels Yoga

All Levels Yoga blends a sequence of poses with challenge suggestions. Each pose has a foundation that can be altered to deepen the level of practice. Mindful awareness of breath work, alignment, and subtle energies is encouraged in each class. All practices end with savasana (up to 10 minutes of lying still).
